Dr Pepper BBQ Beef

Ingredients:

2-3 lb - Chuck Roast

1 - 16oz Dr. Pepper

1 - Med. chopped onion

2 tbsp - W Sauce

2 tbsp - BBQ Sauce of your choice

Instructions:

Sear off the beef(optional) for extra flavor

Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on high for 4-6 hours until beef is fall a apart tender.

Serve as a sandwich, on top of a baked potato, or on a shoe!
