Candied Jalapeños

I was so surprised at how good these are! Who else is a jalapeño lover?

Ingredients:
  • 8-10 – sliced jalapenos
  • 1 cup – white sugar
  • 1 cup – brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup - ACV
  • 1 teaspoon – tajin
  • 1 teaspoon – red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon – turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon – jarlic
Instructions:
  1. On the stove: add the sugar, ACV, red pepper, tajin, turmeric, and jarlic.
  2. Mix the ingredients and bring them to a boil.
  3. Mix the jalapeños and let them boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour into a jar and let them chill for a couple of hours.
  5. Enjoy!
